Your massage will be enhanced by our signature Essence of Gold Lake massage oil, a blend of healing oils and the aromatic essences of our local mountain flora. Deep Tissue Massage

If you prefer your massage to be deep, then this is the treatment for you. This is a point-specific massage that addresses areas of injury and acute or chronic tension. As your Therapist works gently, yet deeply into the musculature and fascia, pain and tension melt away.

Four Hands Massage

A luxurious escape into the higher realms of relaxation. Float on a cloud of bliss as two Therapists work in tandem with synchronized, full-body strokes, gentle rocking and delicious stretching. This treatment is both greatly therapeutic and ultimately decadent.

Pregnancy Massage

While receiving the massage, you will be positioned in a reclined pose, supported by pillows. Though pregnancy massage is safe, we encourage expectant mothers to check with their doctor before receiving bodywork.

Signature Treatments

Sole Revival

A relaxing, body-warming ginger footbath and a cup of steaming green tea begin the Sole Revival. Your transformation proceeds with an herbal foot scrub and foot massage which may induce sighs of relief. A thorough neck and shoulder release helps to ease the load, erasing tension and stress. Your Therapist will leave you with another cup of steaming tea to revive your soul.

Deluxe Heart & Soul

This kind and loving treatment is the ultimate in self-care. Relax and sip a cup of rose hibiscus tea as your feet are soaked in flower petals and essential oils. We’ll pamper your feet further with an ylang-ylang sugar scrub and a Heart and Sole foot massage. A rose quartz placed over the heart chakra recharges your center of love and is our gift to you. Ease into peace as your neck, shoulders, arms and hands are massaged with a potion of harmonizing essential oils. Complete your treatment with another cup of tea and bask in total relaxation.

Heart & Soul Couples Massage

This is a couple's massage with lots of treats to promote love and joyfulness and inspire passion. Enjoy your massage at your Beloved’s side in our Couple’s Room. A love potion of essential oils in almond oil provides the perfect elixir for your Swedish massage. Gemstones placed on the heart chakra open, balance, and renew your energy of love while you receive a Heart and Sole foot massage. Depart with tokens of love to bestow upon one another. We’ll leave the rest to you!

Connect with the Spirit of Nature. The grounding force of warmed river stones can quickly dissolve stress, allowing you to drop into a profound sense that you are nourished and supported by the earth.

Inspired by the fluctuations of spring, this hot and cold stone massage will renew your senses. Warmed river stones penetrate deeply into sore muscles and joints, relieving ache and fatigue, while smooth, cool stones soothe inflammation and invigorate circulation. Goddess Garden's Sky Oil with organic peppermint and lavender was specially formulated for this treatment to awaken your senses, leaving you tingling and refreshed.
