Reiki (Radiance)

Universal life force energy is transmitted through the Therapist's hands to address the mind, body, emotions and spirit. Reiki assists the body in finding its own unique balance. The Therapist, trained to access and serve as a conduit for Chi (life energy), uses a light hands-on touch which some clients experience as a warmth or tingling sensation. The Client may remain clothed for this treatment.

Craniosacral Therapy

A gentle and non-invasive modality of care, Craniosacral Therapy helps rejuvenate the body's physical and energetic systems by resourcing the cerebrospinal fluid. A light touch (about 5 grams of pressure) is applied to specific listening stations and cranial holds assist the natural movement of the cerebrospinal fluids to release energy blockages. This is a wonderful treatment for someone who has experienced physical or emotional trauma.
